Exhibition opening in Všeradice – an unforgettable afternoon of colour, music and joy

On Saturday 6 April 2024, I held my very first exhibition opening in Všeradice. To this day, I look back on it with immense gratitude and emotion.

The opening celebration took place in the beautiful setting of Dvůr Všerad, in the Gallery and Museum building. We began at 14:00, and from the very first moment it was clear that this would be a special afternoon.

Music was provided by Dana and Martin from the band Flyboys. Their music created a wonderful atmosphere that complemented the paintings perfectly. Refreshments were provided by Pivovar Všerad, adding a warm, homely touch to the occasion.

The exhibition featured more than 50 paintings – a selection of my work to date. Some were new, others older, but each held a piece of my soul.

So many people came – acquaintances, friends, family and visitors I had never met before. The atmosphere was full of smiles and warmth, and at times almost magical. You could feel how important it is to come together, share and find joy in art and life.

For me, it was more than just an exhibition. It was a celebration of the courage to put myself out there, open up to the world and experience the beauty of genuine connection.

The exhibition remained open until 9 June 2024, and I am delighted that it reached so many people.

I would like to end with a sentence that, for me, captures that whole period:

“When you dare to show the world what you hold inside, incredible things begin to happen.”

Thank you to everyone who was part of it. 💛
