A dog portrait to cherish forever

Losing a pet hurts – they were a friend, a member of the family and an everyday companion. When a friend shared the sad news that her beloved dog had passed away, I decided to create something special for her. I drew a portrait from a photograph so that she could remember her four-legged companion forever.

🖤 I used a delicate pencil drawing technique that allows me to capture not only an animal’s appearance, but also its soul. Every stroke was guided by sensitivity, compassion and an awareness of how much her dog had meant to her.
