Lapis Serenity

An original abstract painting on canvas, available for sale.

The painting Lapis Serenity reveals a fascinating scene filled with calm and harmony. Lapis lazuli blue forms the foundation of the composition, its tones dissolving within the circular stretcher as though expressing the boundlessness of celestial peace. The palette includes delicate shades of gold, orange and burgundy, which blend against the blue background, suggesting a dancing, symphonic movement. These shades are more than mere colours: they are emotional echoes, from the golden gleam of happy moments to the burgundy intensity of passion.

The painting’s circular stretcher acts as a kind of portal into this abstract world, emphasising the unity and perfection of the work. Lapis Serenity invites viewers to reflect on the calm held within each shade, and on how colours can tell a story of both silence and passion.
