I’m delighted (and a little nervous 😄) to announce that I’ll be taking part in Open ART Fest this year, held on 27.–28. September 2025 at the PVA Letňany exhibition centre in Prague. I’d love you to join me!
It’s a huge festival full of painters, illustrators, sculptors, designers… in short, people who create. And I’ll be one of them. You’ll find me there with a selection of my paintings – mainly abstract works, which hold something of me, of emotion, chaos and calm.
A little about me (if this is your first visit):
I’m a painter from Beroun, I have two young boys, and I’ve been painting since 2018. It began with a pencil, then I discovered acrylics – and I’ve stayed with them ever since. I love colour, layers, texture, unexpected brushstrokes and, above all, the freedom abstraction gives me. My paintings usually emerge intuitively, without a precise plan. Yet each has its own story, which I always share with its new owner after delivery.
This year brings my second exhibition in Všeradice, drawing courses and… now this major event in Prague, too. It’s both an honour and a challenge for me, as Open ART Fest is one of the largest showcases of contemporary visual art in the Czech Republic. It will be an honour to be there among so many wonderful artists.
Why come along?
✔ You’ll see my paintings in person.
✔ You can chat about painting, the process and techniques, or simply take away a little inspiration.
✔ If you fall in love with a painting, you can take it home with you.
✔ You’ll discover plenty of other wonderful artists and their work.
✔ Above all, you’ll enjoy two days full of colour, creativity and good energy.
