How to return goods
You have the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving any reason. We will refund your money.
The procedure is simple:
- Fill in the withdrawal form (download HERE).
- Please pack the goods so that they are not damaged.
- Include the completed form and a copy of the invoice you received with the goods or electronically.
- If you are unable to print the electronic invoice, just write your order number on the paper with the form.
- Don’t forget to write your bank account number on the form for us to refund you.
- You can send the package by registered Czech post – please never send goods on delivery!
- Your money will be refunded within 14 days at the latest.
