How I professionally package and protect images before sending them to the customer

The first step is to wrap the image in satin paper. This soft and smooth paper helps protect the surface of the painting from scratches and scuffs.

Then wrap the image with bubble wrap. This step provides additional protection against accidental pressure and shock during transport. The bubbles provide cushioning and impact protection.

Then wrap the image with hard brown paper over the bubble wrap. This type of paper provides solid protection against light penetration and additional protection against abrasions.

I will create a custom box for the painting that is large enough to hold the painting, but not so large that the painting can move during transport. I will fill the box with bubble wrap to keep the painting from moving and to protect it from impact.

With these steps, I ensure that each painting is carefully packaged and protected from damage during shipping. This allows my customers to receive their artwork into their homes without worry. I include a certificate of authenticity with each painting.
